What is Psychology?
Psychology is the scientific study of the human mind and its functions particularly those that affect behavior  in a given context.

Psychology can be  applied in different arenas of daily life like

  • Health.
  •  Decisions.
  • Motivation.

Health  provides various strategies that can help boost your  overall health. Some tips are

  1. Spending more time in the sunlight- Studies have shown that Seasonal Affective Disorder (called SAD) can be avoided or reduced by spending time in the bright sunlight. Did you know that exercise has amazing psychological effects along with physical ones? By exercising regularly, your body produces large amounts of mood-enhancing endorphins.
  2. Making decisions consists of important  mental processing. By understanding the psychological process behind decision making, you can learn to make wiser decisions in all aspects of your life.
  3. One of the largest psychological methods  for making decisions that one can implement are ‘Six  Thinking hats approach.’ This includes:

  • Emotional.
  • Intuitive.
  • Creative.
  • Positive .
